For the purposes of making an enquiry and booking a holiday with Wispy Meadows Limited, it is necessary that you provide us with some of your personal data.

This data may include some or all of the following: Full name, full address, telephone contact number(s) and email address.

We store that information only as a record of the transaction between us to deliver our services and to comply with the regulations (such as VAT) imposed on us by the Government.

You may also supply your credit card details to make payment for our services and we may use all the details supplied to process payment for our services with World Pay. Once payment is completed, we do not store payment card details in any way.

If you choose to sign up to our newsletter, we will use your contact details to email you from time to time with news and offers. To do this we do use the well known mailing list manager, Mail Chimp. With their systems you have complete control of your subscription.

Do we track whether users open our emails?
Our newsletter emails may contain an image pixel to tell us whether our emails are opened. We may use this information for purposes including determining which of our emails are more interesting to users, to query whether users who do not open our emails wish to continue receiving them.

This site is built using WordPress and as a result third parties may collect data about your visit here. If you don’t want that to happen then we suggest that you leave the site immediately. It has always been this way with the vast majority of sites in the Internet.
