Welcome to Wispy Meadows’ larger luxury holiday option, the Lakeside Boathouse

The Boathouse accommodation sleeps four and boasts a large open plan living area, comprising a kitchen with an amalgamation of Granite and wooden worktops, and includes a gas cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. There is also a dining table and chairs to comfortably seat six people in beautiful surroundings that includes bi-fold door overlooking the lake really bringing the outdoors in!

• There are two double bedrooms each with a kingsize bed, storage and freeview television. Luxurious ensuite with oval bath, shower, toilet and sink. Hairdryer and linens provided.
• Freeview televisions in both bedrooms.
• A large charcoal barbecue as of 10/04/2019 we will no longer be supplying charcoal, lighters etc for any of our barbecues on site
• Your own personal hot tub no need to share with other guests. We strongly advise you to shower before you enter and after you leave your hot tub. Fake tans and body lotions/oils can have a detrimental effect on the quality of the water in the hot tub and also damage the furnishings within the hot tub.
• There is on site parking and one small well behaved dog welcome please click here for dog’s T&C’s
• There is a minimum 3 night stay policy with this property. There are occasions when there is a natural 2 night gap between bookings in situations like this we are prepared to sell the two nights
• Check in can be anytime after 4pm check out on day of departure is by 11am.
• Fishing is included in the price, you will need to bring your own fishing gear and have the appropriate licence but we now supply the Landing Net, Cradle and Retainer Sling so no need to bring your own.

NEW PRICES JANUARY 2023

         THE BOATHOUSE  (Minimum 3 Night Stay)  

• £215.00 Plus VAT per night for Off Peak Season   (January/February/March/October/November/December) 
• £245.00 Plus VAT per night for Peak Season                         (April/May/June/July/August/September) 
• In addition we will require a £200.00 refundable Housekeeping/ Damage Deposit.

EXTRAS

• Gas bottles for the Fire Pit can be purchased for £68.00.  Please contact the office to arrange, we will require 72 hours notice.
• Dog Fee £20.00 plus VAT per stay.
• Hot Tubs – due to exceptional increase of utility costs we will now be making a charge of £25.00 plus VAT Per Night.  This must be booked in advance allowing 72 hours notice.

(All bookings already confirmed before December 2022 will not be affected by this increase).

BOOKING POLICY

25% Deposit to secure your stay at time of booking.
Balance due 30 days before your holiday. 

Returning Guests are entitled to a 10% Loyalty Discount, please specify at time of booking.  This discount can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

We strongly advise you take out Holiday Insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations including Coronavius.

Please note we are an over 18’s site. We are unable to accept babies, infants or children under the age of eighteen. Should you have guests come and visit you during your stay the same conditions apply.
