Red Snapper – pure luxury in a hut hand built throughout by our own craftsmen, taking the classic Shepherds Hut concept and adding luxury beyond imagination.

• Plenty of sockets to recharge your electrical devices
• Incredible covered outdoor seating location, gas fire pit and adjacent hot tub
• All Towels and Linens provided although you may wish to bring extra towels with you for your use in the hot tub.
• The Red Snapper HotTub for the use by Red Snapper guests only – no sharing! We strongly advise you to shower before you enter and after you leave your hot tub. Fake tans and body lotions/oils can have a detrimental effect on the quality of the water in the hot tub and also damage the furnishings within the hot tub.
• Parking space near to the Hut
• Check in can be anytime after 4pm check out on day of departure is by 11am.
• Wispy Meadows is located alongside Richmond Park Golf Club  
• We will accept one well behaved dog please click here for Dog’s T&C’s.
• Fishing is included in the price, you will need to bring your own fishing gear and have the appropriate licence but we now supply the Landing Net, Cradle and Retainer Sling so no need to bring your own.

        HOUSEKEEPING DAMAGE DEPOSIT

• • Gas Bottles £31.50 (72 hours notice required)
  • Dog Fee £20.00 plus vat per stay
  • Hot Tubs £25.00 plus vat per night (72 hours notice required)

Christmas will be charged at peak rates (3x Night break)

BOOKING POLICY

25% Deposit to secure your stay at time of booking.
Balance due 30 days before your holiday.

Returning Guests are entitled to 10% Loyalty Discount, please specify at time of booking.  This discount can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

We strongly advise you take out Holiday Insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations including coronavius.

Please note we are an over 18’s site. We are unable to accept babies, infants or children under the age of eighteen. Should you have guests come and visit you during your stay the same conditions apply.
