Welcome to the Kingfisher, this is our latest creation and our most luxurious Shepherds Hut so far that offers that 5 Star holiday experience set in a beautiful lakeside location.

We always find it hard to describe just how luxurious and beautifully presented our Huts are even with still photographs so please watch the interior and exterior tour videos of Kingfisher.

This stunning property can accommodate 4 Adults and in addition has a fantastic Breakfast Bar located just outside on the decking next to the undercover Hot Tub and Seating area with Fire Pit and BBQ.

The Kingfisher has a large open plan Lounge & Kitchen area which includes the following features . . .

• Full Gas Central Heating
• Bedroom Area with King Size Bed
• Double Sofa Bed in the Lounge Area
• Luxury Bathroom with Large shower with sink and toilet
• Built in Cooker with Gas Hob
• Microwave
• Fridge with small freezer compartment
• TV with Freeview
• TV in the bedroom
• Plenty of sockets to recharge your electrical devices
• Undercover Seating on the decked area with fire pit and BBQ
• Undercover Breakfast Bar
• All Towels and Linens provided although you may wish to bring extra towels for your use in the hot tub.
• Undercover Hot Tub purely for your use.
• We advise you to shower before you enter and after you leave your hot tub. Fake tans and body lotions/oils can have a detrimental effect on the quality of the water in the hot tub and also damage the furnishings within the hot tub.
• Charcoal Barbecue. We supply utensils and fire lighters but please bring your own charcoal.
• We will accept one well behaved dog please click here to read our T & Cs
• Fishing is included in the price, you will need to bring your own fishing gear and have the appropriate licence but we now supply the Landing Net, Cradle and Retainer Sling so no need to bring your own.
• Check in can be anytime after 4pm check out on day of departure is by 11am.

• £185.00 plus vat (peak) / £138.75 plus vat (off peak)

WEEKEND/ BANK HOLIDAY RATE (per night)

• £205.00 plus vat (peak) / £153.75 plus vat (off peak)

WEEKEND SPECIAL RATE (fri-mon)

• £512.50 plus vat (peak) / £385.00 plus vat (off peak)

HOUSEKEEPING DAMAGE DEPOSIT

• £100.00 (refundable)

EXTRAS

• Gas Bottles £31.50 (72 hours notice required)
• Dog Fee £20.00 plus vat per stay
• Hot Tubs £25.00 plus vat per night (72 hours notice required)
• Celebration Package £25.00 plus vat

Christmas will be charged at peak rates (3x Night break)

BOOKING POLICY 

25% Deposit to secure your stay at time of booking.
Balance due 30 days before your holiday.

Returning Guests are entitled to 10% Loyalty Discount, please specify at time of booking.  This discount can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

We strongly advise you take out Holiday Insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations including coronavius.

We are an over eighteens site and unable to accept babies, infants and children under the age of eighteen. Should you have visitors come and visit you during your stay the same conditions will apply.
