Arrival
Enter through the large entrance gates and follow the stony road round to the right and then follow
the green signs to your named Shepherd Hut. You may arrive any time after 4pm. The main gates to the site will remain open. The site and signage are lit up at night to help guests who arrive after dark. To give maximum flexibility in your arrangements we have installed a PIN coded door lock so that whatever your time of arrival is you will be able to gain access immediately. (With exception of the Kingfisher)
On your invoice there will be a unique PIN code to gain access. Please make a careful note of it.
Simply locate the electronic lock on the door of your shepherd hut and place your hand over the face
of it. The lock will activate and then the keypad will light up.
Enter the whole PIN number and press the left-hand star (*) key. The mechanism will operate and
then you will be able to open the door. When exiting simply close the door and it will lock
automatically.
During your Stay
We kindly ask our guests to use energy sensibly – little things like turning off lights when they are not
required and thinking when turning up the heating, all contribute to a more sustainable holiday and
positively impacts the environment.
Waste and Bins – We kindly ask our guests to ensure all rubbish and waste are disposed of properly in
the secured bags provided and left in the bins provided. These will be emptied during your stay if
required.
If you are staying with us for 6 days or more, we will provide you with extra clean towels. These will
be brought to you by a member of staff. We do recommend bringing your own bath towels if using
the hot tub.
There is a BBQ at the property for guests to use. Guests will need to bring their own charcoal.
There is an outside fire pit for guests to use. There is a charge of £31.50 for the gas bottle. Please
advise the booking office if you wish to purchase a gas bottle a week before your arrival.
Wispy Meadows does not allow the charging of electric vehicles directly from the shepherd huts.
At the property during weekend stays you will find an emergency contact number located outside the
hut next to the entrance. Please use this number if you have any problems with the property or you
have an emergency.
Departure
Please ensure the property is left in the same condition as you found it, in a clean and tidy condition
with all furniture and fittings returned to their original position.
Before you leave the property, please:
• remove all food from the cupboards and fridge, ensure all bins (kitchen and bathroom) have been emptied, ensure all dishes are washed and put away clean,ensure oven trays are clean, leave dirty towels and tea towels in a pile in the bathroom.
Please make sure you have all your belongings with you before you leave the property.
Wispy Meadows are unable to return any items to you by post. We will dispose of any unclaimed item within
28 days.

Wispy Meadows is located in the beautiful village of Saham Toney and sits on the edge of a golf course.

Kingfisher
Access to the property is by a key. The property will be unlocked when you arrive and the key will be
on the kitchen counter.

The Boathouse
On the wall to the left of the main door to the Boathouse there is a large wooden key storage box.
Simply locate the electronic lock and place your hand over the face of it. The lock will activate and
then the keypad will light up.
